Home Instead in Reading has received the thumbs up from its Clients and CAREGivers, achieving outstanding satisfaction scores for its service and job satisfaction.
The company, which is part of a national network, utilises a unique satisfaction survey called PEAQ (Pursuing Excellence by Advancing Quality) to gather feedback from their Clients and CAREGivers to ensure they maintain their standards of excellence.
Feedback from the survey in Reading has been outstanding with 100% of clients rating the company’s service as ‘excellent’ or ‘good’.
The company has been recently revealed as England’s No 1 Home Care Provider for older people by the UK’s leading Healthcare Information Specialist, Laing & Buisson and the satisfaction survey results are an affirmation of this.
