Care Manager Lisa Noblett
Lisa has lived in Preston all her life and is extremely passionate about quality, systems and standards ensuring that all clients are firmly at the centre of any care plan.
“I have over 10 years’ experience as a manager in social care, through my career I have always challenged myself to find ways to support and enable those in my care to receive the best care and support, by working with social services, therapists and of course my team of staff by ensuing they are well trained, organised and professional. I am fully qualified to train our team of CAREGivers in all aspects of care ensuring that our team truly understand the Home Instead ethos.
Lisa’s job as Registered Manager is to ensure that all aspects of our business comply with the regulations set out by CQC -The Care Quality Commission and that all client needs are met every day to the highest level.
Training & Support - Susan Dean
Susan came to us via one of our sister offices where she started as a CAREGiver. Susan then moved into a senior role before taking on the demanding role of care coordinator. Like all of our team she has a strong understanding of care, ensuring our client needs come first.
As with the majority of us at Home Instead Senior Care Preston, part of Susan’s life revolves around care for members of her family and has experienced the issues that are involved in organising care for them too.
Susan has a BA combined in music and IT. She can also play the piano and the organ although not at the same time and was a church organist for 30 years (Susan may be available to support any church in the Ashton/Fulwood area). Like quite a few of us here Susan is a dog lover and has 2 dogs Lottie and Ruby.
Jackie Smith - Recruitment & Retention

Jackie started out as a book keeper whilst bringing up her three sons and then enrolled at UCLAN, achieving a BA in Care,Community and Citizenship with a Post Graduate Certificate in Education.
During this time Jackie worked as a volunteer for Barnados, Sure Start and Home Start leading to her first role supporting business owners in the care industry with training, accounting & scheduling software systems before coming to us in January 2017 where she has established herself as one of our growing team.
Jackie spends her free time with her crazy Jack Russell Micky and her family, friends going to local gigs and following Preston North End.

Franchise Owner Mehmet Bekir
Hello, my name is Mehmet and I am the franchise owner of Home Instead Senior Care in Preston.
After leaving school (many years ago!), I joined the British Armed Forces however the majority of my work history to date has been based around business management in a variety of operations from small businesses to Plc. In recent years I have been keen to start a business of my own that would not only change my life for the better, but positively contribute to the quality of life for my clients and the staff which I employ. After much research and consideration, I decided that Home Instead Senior Care was the right choice for me as I respected their principles and approach to care.
We have been delivering care in the Preston and South Ribble now for nearly 6 years.
I am proud to say that no matter what the needs of our clients, we have ensured our service adapts to meet their needs and that both I and Lisa, my Care Manager, work together to ensure our CAREGivers are equipped with the skills needed to delivery an exemplary service which ensures our clients get the service they want because our CAREGivers are well trained and supported, giving them the confidence to encourage, stimulate and assist our clients with an array of everyday activities.
