  • MORNING CAREGIVERS

    We are urgently seeking CAREGivers to cover our breakfast calls in the Norwich area. This will involve getting our elderly clients up in the morning, helping them get washed and dressed, preparing breakfast and maybe some light domestic support.

    All our calls are a minimum of 1 hour and you would visit the same clients on a regular basis.

    Please note that you must have a means of transport as clients are cared for in their own homes and you would need to be able to accompany them on appointments and/or outings.

    It is essential that our CAREGivers have excellent communication skills as many of our clients have hearing problems.

    Experience is not necessary, as full comprehensive training is given.

  • Scheduler / Coordinator

    Full Time Position, Monday to Friday 37.5 hours

    Salary: Negotiable depending on skills and experience

    Location: Norwich

    We are looking for a talented Scheduler / Coordinator with a relevant background to join our team in Norwich. As our Scheduler / Coordinator, you will be responsible for completing client and CAREGiver schedules to provide outstanding quality service to clients with the emphasis on creating extraordinary relationships.

    In this dynamic and challenging role, you will be working as part of a team dedicated to delivering outstanding quality care to our clients. You will build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients, plan and organise schedules, be responsive to changes in circumstances and ensure all staff and clients understand their up to date schedules.

    To be successful, you will have relevant professional, customer service experience. You will be commercially aware, have strong influencing skills and be able to demonstrate achievement of objectives and the ability to build good working relationships. With strong organisation and planning skills, you will be able to work well and accurately under pressure. You will be flexible to meet the demands of the business including participating in an on-call rota and have your own transport for occasional client visits.

  • Weekend Supervisor

    Location: Norwich

    We are looking for a Weekend Supervisor to manage our out of hours on-call service on alternate weekends and bank holidays. In this dynamic and challenging role you will be the first point of contact for clients and Caregivers contacting Home Instead out of office hours.

    You will be responsible for providing a professional telephone service; ensuring client visits are covered by a suitably matched Caregiver; clients and Caregivers are supported in emergency situations; client introductions are completed professionally, and that accurate and timely records are kept. You may also provide occasional care to clients. You will be supported by the duty on-call manager and relevant training will be provided.

    To be successful you will have excellent customer service skills, the ability to build good working relationships and a professional telephone manner. You will be organised and methodical with the ability to work well and accurately under pressure. You will have your own transport and be available to visit the Home Instead Office on Friday afternoon’s and Monday mornings.
