Following the success of previous years, we are delighted to be hosting the Llandudno Memory Walk once again!

The Memory Walk initiative is a national campaign from the Alzheimer’s Society, which takes place across the country. Memory Walks are suitable for all ages and abilities to join in.

The team at Home Instead have been busy organising yet another walk for the people of North Wales to participate in.

On Sunday September 9th, we would like to invite you to join the team in raising funds for the Alzheimer’s Society at the Llandudno Memory Walk.

The walk takes place along the Llandudno North promenade, starting at the New Llandudno Lifeboat Station and finishing at the pier entrance.  This flat and accessible route is perfect for all ages to get involved, so bring your pushchairs, wheelchairs and even your dog too!

Participants are asked to sign in at the stand at the New Llandudno Lifeboat Station, open from 12.30pm and the walk is set to begin at 1.30pm.

At the end of the walk you will be greeted by our team and directed to join us for our prize draw, due to take place in the Grand Hotel’s Langtry’s Bar on the Llandudno pier.

Raffle tickets can be purchased at the end of the walk at the price of just £1 per ticket!

Anyone is welcome to partake in the raffle, whether you have participated in the walk or not.

All funds raised will go directly to the Alzheimer’s Society to help with their fight against Dementia.

If you would like to get involved, please register and book your places through our Eventbrite page:

Fingers crossed the event is a success and we can all be proud of the money we raise for this worthy cause.
