#YouCanCare Week 2020
Our Home Instead offices will be celebrating our third #YouCanCare Week, which exists to showcase the fantastic job opportunities working in care.
The awareness week on social media is between February 24th and March 1st and is a culmination of our #YouCanCare campaign which calls out to people to consider working in care. It is also a chance to shine the spotlight on the amazing work of our CAREGivers nationwide!
This year, we launched a photo competition to capture real caring moments and are thrilled to be able to showcase four CAREGivers nationally as our ‘champions of care.’
These moments will be shared as part of the campaign nationally in marketing materials and on social media to showcase what caring means to them.
Well done to…
- Julia Meszaros and her client Florence from our Bedford office
- Ruth Smith and her client Shiela from our Cleveland office
- Sue Binks and her client Phyllis from our Stourbridge, Hagley and Halesowen office
- Glynne Morley and her client Jack from our Wimbledon & Kingston office
You can see the winning photos and read more about each CAREGiver on our #youcancare page here.
This year, the theme of #YouCanCare is all about how you can care whatever your age, gender or background. As long as you have a kind heart, you can be a CAREGiver!
If you follow the hashtag #youcancare on social media during #YouCanCare week, you will be able to find lots of inspirational stories about caring.
Nationally, Home Instead currently has more than 1,000 live vacancies UK wide.
