Christmas has come early for Home Instead Senior Care – it’s marking the festive season with news of a tremendous 10th Outstanding rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
The terrific 10th accolade comes after our Market Harborough, Rutland and Corby owner Gail Devereux-Batchelor received the news of her office achieving the highest rating possible in the CQC’s Ofsted-style system.
The latest addition to our Outstanding ‘hall of fame’ makes Home Instead Senior Care the only homecare provider to hold 10 Outstanding ratings from the CQC.
We are incredibly proud to close off 2016 with Outstanding ratings in practically all points of the compass covered by the CQC.
This tally pays testimony to Home Instead’s commitment to providing high quality, dignified care for seniors – care that firmly passes the ‘Mum Test – the standard of care people would want for their loved ones.
And Home Instead’s 10th Outstanding received special praise from Andrea Sutcliffe, the CQC Chief Inspector of Adult Social Care, who said:
“I am tremendously pleased to be able to congratulate Home Instead on their 10th Outstanding rating.
“From speaking at their annual conference last month to over 750 members of their passionate workforce, I can confidently say that there is something very special about them and I know how committed they are about making a difference for the people they support.
