Survey reveals happy clients and CAREGivers
Home Instead’s caring services have been rated ‘first class’ in a recent survey to thousands of its clients and CAREGivers UK wide.
Each year, we carry out an annual survey to capture the feedback of thousands of clients receiving care and the CAREGivers who look after them.
We’re thrilled to announce that once again we’ve been given a big thumbs up with 96% of our clients and 97% of CAREGivers recommending the services of Home Instead.
The independent survey of more than 4,700 clients and nearly 7,000 CAREGivers also shows that our CAREGivers are happier than ever. 95% of CAREGivers surveyed said they felt motivated to go the extra mile for clients, up 1% from last years’ survey results.
In addition, 92% of our CAREGivers said that they would recommend Home Instead as a great place to work.

The survey revealed that our clients feel they are receiving dignified, relationship-led, reliable care which they would personally recommend. And what better endorsement of the care we deliver than comments directly from clients themselves?

We’re passionate about changing the perceptions of working in care and are proud to see that our CAREGivers love their role and see the valuable contribution they make.
Matching clients to CAREGivers is something we pride ourselves on at Home Instead and so it’s fantastic to see that 95% of CAREGivers feel well matched to their clients.
On top of this, 96% of CAREGivers said they are proud to work at Home Instead and also understood why we’re different from other care companies.
We’re proud to see that 91% said they received enough support from their supervisor and 95% said they had access to the training they need to do their job well.
A further 92% of CAREGivers said that the office team were responsive to any queries they have.
