Staff at Reigate & Tandridge celebrate our 27th outstanding rating

We are delighted to announce that our Reigate & Tandridge office has become the 27th Home Instead office to be rated outstanding by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

According to inspectors from the CQC, staff ‘went beyond all expectations in the care that they provided’.

This included looking after a client’s dog while they were on holiday, and visiting a client in hospital in their own time.

“Staff found ways to make sure that people using the service were at the heart of the care they provided,” the report added.

Based in Redhill, the office is run by Greg and Helen Brown, and Greg said they were ‘absolutely delighted’ with the glowing CQC report.

 “This outstanding rating bears testament to the dedication the whole team shares to improving the lives of our clients,” he said.

“We aim to provide care that passes the mum test – is the care of a standard that would be good enough for our own mums? From what the inspectors have said, it’s a resounding yes!”

Only two per cent of adult social care providers have achieved an outstanding rating since the introduction of the CQC’s new Ofsted-style inspections in 2015. Home Instead is proud to hold more outstanding ratings than any other care company.
