Local company, Home Instead in Sawbridgeworth is looking forward to a double-celebration. Having relocated to brand new premises, the company is also looking forward to its 3rd birthday and have therefore organised a fun-filled party which is to take place on 1st July.
Despite only moving to a new office in The Maltings on Station Road, a building which they have occupied for some time, the move marks a significant step forward for the at-home care provider and one that comes just before the company’s 3rd birthday. As a result the whole team are inviting clients, caregivers as well as members of the general public along to pop in for tea and cake for their afternoon tea party on the 1st July.
The new premises house a dedicated training room with a range of new moving and handling equipment including: beds, a rotunda, and a hoist.
As the company specialises in caring for those with Alzheimer’s and learning disabilities, the team were also keen to make it easier for their clients to visit and therefore the new premises are situated on the ground floor to allow for easy access.
David Bassett of Home Instead commented: “I am delighted with our new home as it will provide us will all the necessary space and equipment to best serve our clients as our company grows. We are all really excited to celebrate our 3rd birthday in our new premises and hope that lots of people come along to see us!”
