At-home care provider, Home Instead, has been named as the country’s leading provider of home care services for the elderly.
Home Instead’s market leading position was once again confirmed when healthcare information specialist, Laing & Buisson, published their latest Care Compliance Monitor in February.
The report looks at data from Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection reports and includes a league table showing the percentage of inspected branches which are fully compliant with CQC’s core standards covering care, safeguarding, staffing, management and respect for service users.
Commenting on the latest report, CEO of Home Instead, Trevor Brocklebank said, “It is interesting that Mencap and ourselves have shared the top positions since the report was initially published.
“We are both organisations totally focused on our core audiences. For Mencap it’s clients with learning disabilities and for us it’s older people. At Home Instead this focus allows us to be specialists. What’s more, we set our standards above and beyond the criteria we have to meet for the CQC and the Laing & Buisson results bear testament to the quality care that our teams deliver across the country.”
Home Instead is committed to become UK’s most admired care company by changing the face of ageing.
