How we Care About Dementia

More than half of the UK has been affected by dementia in some way, but many people are unsure how to act around a person living with it. 

Care about Dementia is Home Instead’s campaign for the Alzheimer’s Society’s Dementia Action Week which runs from May 20th to May 26th.

As part of Dementia Action Week, we were busy sharing caring advice and tips to help people with dementia to live well.

Every day, thousands of our CAREGivers ‘Care about Dementia’ and help our clients to live as well as possible with it. We want to extend advice about living well with dementia to the wider public through our campaign.

With so many people affected (someone in the world develops dementia every 3 seconds), we all should Care about Dementia.
