Home Instead has been announced as one of the key sponsors at an annual Women Leaders Conference, which aims to inspire women in business to realise their ambitions.
The Women Leaders Association event, held in Chester on March 2nd, just a week before International Women’s Day, will hear from high profile speakers such as Britain’s youngest women to climb Everest, Tori James, and the former Chief Crown Prosecutor for the North West, Nazir Afzal.
With the theme ‘Be Bold, Be You, Be Unstoppable’, the event will bring together some of the brightest minds in women’s leadership, in and beyond the corporate landscape.
Key themes include inspiring women to realise their career potential and increasing courage to chase goals.
This is something Home Instead national office’s Head of Business Performance, Katie Furey, feels passionately about with responsibility to drive business excellence and inspire our network of 190 offices, around two thirds of which are owned by women.
“Women should not feel held back because of their gender and this conference aims to address this head on,” she said.
Katie, a member of the Women Leaders Association, added: “It’s about being bold, having courage and having the skills and the appetite to reach for more.”
