Home Instead makes a great first impression

Local company Home Instead Senior Care has just appointed new community liaison manager, Becky Houghton.

Becky (36) lives in Castle Donnington and has been working in care for nearly 15 years. With experience working in both care homes and providing at-home care for various age groups, Becky already had a great impression of Home Instead prior to joining the company.

Becky commented: “Whilst working for a different domiciliary agency in Leicester, the local Home Instead team would look after our clients if we were ever short on staff. They were such a professional and friendly organisation, with a real presence in the local community. So, when I heard about this job opportunity, I jumped at the chance to join the company.”

As Becky really enjoys meeting new people and giving back to the community she is really enjoying her new role. As community liaison manager, Becky is responsible for local community networking with various organisations and also getting her teeth stuck in to the day-to-day running of the business.

Becky concludes: “I absolutely love my new role and feel so much happier working for such a fantastic company and doing something so rewarding. Even my family has noticed the difference in me – talk about job satisfaction!”
