This is under the new method of assessing a care company’s performance and includes writing to clients and families for feedback on the quality of care support received.
Paul Vickers, managing director commented “We’re delighted to know that the care we are proving to our clients is meeting and exceeding expectations, providing quality care and support is our priority and after two years we have established a fantastic care team under the leadership of our Care Manager Christine Blain”.
