Charlotte snapped up as new Home Instead care manager

In these tough economic times, Charlotte Bristow was unfortunately made redundant despite her wealth of experience and passion for care. Home Instead in Sutton Coldfield however was quick to snap her up and is delighted to announce has now taken on the role of care manager. She will be helping the team to deliver the high quality of at-home care they are renowned for.

Charlotte, aged 37 from Tutbury in Burton Upon Trent has been working in the care industry since the age of 19. She has worked for both residential and domiciliary care agencies, she gained a position with a local organisation, coordinating discharge services for elderly patients.

She commented: “I wanted to find a job which would allow me to fulfil my passion for caring for elderly people and allow me to continue making a difference to the lives of others. I had heard such positive things about the quality of care delivered by Home Instead; I was thrilled to learn that the company was recruiting despite these difficult economic times and couldn’t wait to put myself forward for the role of care manager.”
