‘Beyond amazing’ Ipswich service wins us 22nd CQC OUTSTANDING

It gives us great pleasure to announce Home Instead’s 22nd outstanding rating, awarded by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to our Ipswich, Woodbridge and Felixstowe office. We are proud to say that Home Instead hold more outstanding ratings than any other care company.

Clients, family members and health care professionals who spoke to the inspectors were full of praise for Home Instead’s service with one client saying, “What they do it beyond amazing, they have given me back my zest for life, a reason to get up in the morning. I look forward to them coming.”

They went on to say, “Their attention to detail; making sure everything is just how you like it is sublime, they are all marvellous, caring human beings.”

Another client said that their CAREGiver is ‘a ray of sunshine’ – isn’t that just lovely?

The outstanding rating is the CQC’s highest accolade and, to date, only a tiny percentage (two percent) of adult social care providers have managed to secure one.

The comments in this report are music to the ears of a care company whose service is built on companionship and delivering care built around each client’s individual needs.

They also bear testament to the dedication of our caring and compassionate CAREGivers and the whole team in Ipswich.

Commenting on this 22nd Outstanding report, Home Instead managing director, Martin Jones said, “A huge well done to owner Chris Lye, his general manager Joanna McCall and their beyond amazing team.

“You are clearly making a difference to people’s lives in Suffolk and, put simply, that’s what we, as a brand, are all about.”
