Ade Voted ‘Caregiver of the Year’

Local Sawbridgeworth man, Ade Ojele, has picked up the award for ‘Caregiver of the Year’ voted for by colleagues and clients at the Sawbridgeworth office of at-home care provider, Home Instead.

Home Instead in Sawbridgeworth, employ 45 Caregivers who were all eligible to win the award.  Colleagues and clients voted in a secret ballot and five members of the team were shortlisted before the final selection was made.

Commenting on the award, Head of Care, David Bassett said “Ade is very deserving of this title.  He has worked with us for six months and from day one he has made a massive difference to each and every one of his clients, as we could see from the vote. He is totally dedicated to his work and has a real empathy with his clients’ needs.

 “We are grateful to each and every one of our Caregivers who all go the extra mile for their clients.  I want to thank the whole team for their continuous hard work and support.”

Colleagues gathered to congratulate Ade at the awards ceremony where Ade received his trophy from David.
