200 reasons to celebrate Home Instead
A prestigious gathering was held at Chester Cathedral to celebrate Home Instead's 200th office milestone.
Based in Dorchester, our 200th office is owned by Romesh Dharmasingham who joined us for a celebratory afternoon alongside other Home Instead owners and businesses. We were also honoured to be joined by the COO of Home Instead US and Canada, Dave Banark and the CEO of the British Franchise Association, Pip Wilkins.
Home Instead has come a long way since our first office opened in 2006. Our 200 offices are located in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland where we are providing our unique care to 14,000 clients.
The service we provide would not be possible without the dedication of our amazing CAREGivers and we are grateful to them for their commitment to our mission which is ‘To become the UK’s most admired care company through changing the face of ageing’.
To reach 200 offices across the UK is truly a milestone and means that even more people can benefit from our award-winning home care. Our care is all about allowing people to remain, living independently, in their own homes and bringing peace of mind to their families.
Speaking about joining Home Instead’s network, Romesh said, “It is truly an honour to open the 200th
office of this fine organisation. This is an aspirational business which is making such a difference to the lives of older people and I look forward to contributing to its future success.”
Martin Jones, Managing Director of Home Instead, welcomed Romesh saying, “We are delighted that Romesh has opened his office in Dorchester. The need for care is growing as our population ages and it’s important for us to be represented right across the country.
“The event at Chester Cathedral allowed us to gather to celebrate this milestone as we look forward to supporting more and more people with person-centred home care.”
