March Recruitment Drop In Days - A Success!

We have just finished up our two CAREGiver Recruitment Drop In Days and we are very happy to say they were a success! 

We held two separate days - one in our office in Fforestfach and the other in Sketty. Both days brought some great potential CAREGivers - lovely people with caring natures and the desire to make a difference to the lives of others!

Being a CAREGiver is a highly rewarding role but it does come with its harder days. Many people overlook the role of a CAREGiver and underestimate the fantastic work they do on a daily basis. No two days are the same when you're a CAREGiver, but that is what makes it an exciting yet challenging role. We think the most important thing a CAREGiver needs is a great personality and sense of humour. Don't have experience? That's okay! We provide our new CAREGivers with all of the training and support they need to get them started in their new role.
