I am given opportunities to have training courses of my choice and needs of the company
I have done all the training and I really enjoyed. It made me feel that I can do my job better with the training I am given.
This job is different every day so new things are dealt with all the time thus giving me greater knowledge of how to do my job correctly, someone from the office is always at the end of the phone to advise me.
Since I have started in Home instead I have always felt as a team, management are always there to listen and act on any problem or concern. I have been given every opportunity to learn and advance my caring role.
