At Home Instead we are very proud of our team of CAREGivers and the difference they make to their clients lives every day. We work very hard to ensure that they receive the very best training and support and we think this shows not only in the great service we offer to our clients but also in the happiness of our staff.
Every year we ask all of our clients and CAREGivers to complete a confidential survey which allows us to gage if we are getting it right and listen to their ideas and suggestions.
This year the survey was undertaken in June and once again we were thrilled with the results
