Lisa James - Senior Care Coordinator

Lisa James - Senior Care Coordinator

I started working for Home Instead Senior Care as a Senior Care Coordinator in July 2017, having worked in the care sector for the past ten years. I've previously had experience in working in a hospice and alongside District Nurses specialising in end of life care. Futhermore, I spent four years working with dementia patients, and after three of those years I was promoted to a Senior Health Care Assistant. This enabled me to gain the relevant experience and be successful in securing a position with Home Instead Senior Care. I'm very passionate about my job and helping clients and their families with difficulties that they may face. I'm the first person you will meet when setting up a care package, and I am responsible for overseeing the general wellbeing of all our clients, making sure they receive high quality care with a person centred approach.

I am very excited to be bringing Home Instead Senior Care into my local community. Having worked as Customer Care Manager for British Airways Holidays and more recently as a receptionist in a GP surgery I have learned that relationship building and trust are so important in delivering a quality service.

I am passionate about making a real difference to peoples' lives and look forward to meeting you

Chloe - Senior CAREGiver Coordinator

Chloe - Senior CAREGiver Coordinator

I joined the office team in November 2016, I work as the Senior CAREGiver Coordinator which I really enjoy as I get to work with CAREGivers and Clients. I mainly recruit CAREGivers and help guide them through the training process. My background is Psychotherapeutic Counselling and I worked within Schools and Hospices with a wide range of clients. I have found that this has complimented my work here at Home Instead as I am consistently practicing my people skills with clients and CAREGivers. I really enjoy working with people, and believe that good listening skills can go a long way! I also have received fantastic safeguarding training because of previous roles and implement this at work; I always make sure that our CAREGivers are well looked after and happy. My other hobbies include; the gym, reading, history and running around after my daughter!

Please contact me if you need any help at all; I’m always happy to help.
