  • CAREGiver - Woolton & Belle Vale Area

    We are currently looking for CAREGivers to join our successful team in the Woolton & Belle Vale Area of Liverpool.

    About the Role

    To provide/assist with personal support, companionship, and Home help services to clients in the community, enabling them to live independently in their own homes and communities, either individually or in small groups or with their families, promoting autonomy and independence.

    Our services are flexible to the needs of each client. These can include companionship services that can involve everything from accompanying clients on visits or appointments to simple conversation and good company; home help covering all aspects of day to day housework, shopping, meal preparation and household duties; and personal care such as assistance with bathing, dressing and eating.

    Following Skills & Experience Required:

    • A full driving licence & Access to own vehicle. (Willingness to obtain Type one Business Insurance.)
    • Experience of interacting or working with elderly people either paid or unpaid
    • Good standard of oral and written English
    • Ability to support clients in their own homes and maintain client’s independence
    • Ability to follow instructions and local policies and procedures.
    • Flexibility and willingness to work unsocial hours including night shifts.
