Happy birthday to Home Instead Senior Care. Thanks to modern technology our youngest daughter and her husband introduced us to Home Instead when I needed a bit of help to look after my husband, in order to enable me to recover from a period of illness. We were pleased to meet Catherine, Care Manager, whom we found friendly and efficient. If I phoned her, she always makes contact as soon as possible, which is invaluable when some companies do not always see the importance of this. The two carers whom we have dealt with are calm, caring, interested in their work and that means my husband is in good hands. We enjoy our time away from each other, and I know that he is safe, and is spending a few hours with a person other than me. The continuity of the same carer is very important, because a relationship is built up over time. I have spoken to James twice, but have yet to meet him. I think that he has the right attitude to clients like us, who are in need of a support network. Best wishes.
