Meet the team

Our CAREGivers

Our CAREGivers are well trained individuals who have a genuine passion for caring; they undergo extensive back ground checks and only work with one or two Clients so they can visit at the time the Client requires. We are extremely proud of our CAREGivers many of whom go above and beyond the call of duty to take care of our clients. They are dedicated, hard-working and have a genuine desire to work in an environment where they help other and make a make a difference.

Kishore Sapkota-Owner

Hello,I am Kishore Sapkota the owner of Home Instead Senior Care Folkestone,Hythe & Ashford.

Thank you for visiting our website please give me a call on 01303 847899 if you need any further information regarding care. I will be more then happy help. It’s my conviction that good care can transform someone’s life – that’s why I want to make a difference!

Growing up in a large family taught me to respect and value older people. There is so much we can all learn from older generations. Sadly, this positive view of older people isn’t as widespread as it should be and when I saw the poor standards of care that many senior citizens experience, I decided I had to do something to change this. That’s why I’m proud to be with Home Instead Senior Care and I look forward to having the opportunity to help you, and those you love.

I am deeply associated with the place I live and I would like to give back to the community by providing kind of care that I would like to provide to my own older family members that is why to me,its personal.I was running a successful restaurant business prior to this which taught me to produce a product  with perfection and care .Home Instead Senior Care services would be design to suit your need and requirement as we tailor this service to individual need with careful consultation.

I am an active member of Folkestone Nepalese Community and Folkestone Rotary Club.I live with my wife and two daughters.

I am delighted to provide this unique care service for older people in our community with the active involvement and participation in the local community.I would be grateful if you kindly give me advise and support so that my team and I can make a real difference to the lives of older people living in our area.

Carina Ellis-Care Manager

I joined Home Instead in April 2017 as a care manager. I have the pleasure of working along the side the franchise owner and helping to set up the Folkestone office. This is an exciting opportunity and I look forward to hitting the ground running with Home Instead.

7 years ago, after moving from Margate to Dover, I started my career in care as a care coordinator for a domiciliary care company. I have worked my way up the ladder to deputy manager and then in 2014 becoming a registered manager.

I was surprised when I first joined health and social care how difficult it can be but also how hard CAREGivers work out there in the community and truly want to make a difference. This makes it a very rewarding role to be in and great industry to be a part of. Providing high quality care and ensuring people receive the service they need to stay in their own homes is very important to me.

I was attracted to Home Instead initially because of their reputation, but also because you can truly see how much they care and want to change the face aging as part of their mission. Everyone I have met have been very nice and welcoming and are driven by same ethos and principle to care.

I have 1 pug, Benson, 1 cat named Shadow and 1 rabbit Caramel. I enjoy spending as much time as I can with my family and close friends. I enjoy reading, music and watching football and supporting my team, Arsenal.
