Welcome to Home Instead Senior Care Fareham and Gosport.
Our mission is for Home Instead Senior Care in Fareham and Gosport to be recognised for the excellence of our service to our clients and to be the local employer of choice for people who want to work in the home care profession.
We provide the highest quality home care to our local community; from Wickham in the north to Alverstoke in the south and Portchester in the east to Titchfield Common in the west.
We specialise in non-medical care to enable people to remain living with dignity, independently in their own home where they are most comfortable and happy in familiar surroundings.
All support is bespoke and individually planned for each client. Visits are not rushed and we understand the importance of spending time supporting clients on a social and emotional level as well as assisting with a range of day to day activities. This enables our team to form a close relationship with our clients and provide a person centred care service which is built on the requirements of each individual.
Our aim is for Home Instead to work for you; you are in control and we deliver services based on your choices and your decisions and you are involved every step of the way.
All our CAREGivers are carefully chosen for their empathy and personal qualities, their caring and respectful approach to the elderly, their reliability and their willingness to match their valuable skills with the excellent training that Home Instead Senior Care has to offer.
We have developed particular experience in supporting clients living with dementia to remain living safely at home and helping them and their families on their journey with the condition. We are rolling out specialist training accredited by City and Guilds to all our Caregivers to enhance our practical experience supporting people living with dementia.
A diagnosis of dementia does not mean someone cannot live at home safely and comfortably. The right kind of tailored support adapted over time can prevent an untimely move to residential care.
