Absolutely fantastic company caring for my mother who has dementia. So caring and thorough on following up any concerns. They go to great lengths to really get to know the person they care for – their likes, dislikes, what might upset them; anything… and they are always thinking of new ways to keep them engaged and make sure they’re looked after. We cannot fault them and don’t know what we would do without them.

This is a company who cares about their Care Professionals as much as their Clients. It’s a great Company to work for with so much support from everyone: from The Directors and Management, to the office team and other Care Professionals. Nothing is too much trouble, whatever your needs might be. We are one big family.

On the advice of a trusted charity, I contacted Home Instead to see whether they could provide support to our Mum. The office went out of their way to create a care plan to suit.
