Introducing... Natasha! QA Support & CAREGiver

What is your role with Home Instead and what does it involve?

I am a Quality Assurance Support team member, working alongside Mike (Care Manager), and Anna (Quality Assurance Manager) and Lucy (Quality and Compliance Assurance Manager). My role involves communicating with our clients and their families to make sure that they are 100% happy with the service that we are providing. I have only been in the office role since October 2021, and I am balancing it alongside my CAREGiver role in the community. So far, it’s going really well.

What do you like best about your role?

I really love meeting clients in person. Getting nice feedback and updates from them is a bonus! I feel I’m lucky because I get the same sense of satisfaction from my office role as I do from my CAREGiver role, because really, I just want to see our clients happy and cared for.

What was your first job?

I worked as a Sales Assistant in Primark.

What is your favourite memory?

So far, it’s our move to the west country in 2019. Best decision we have made.

First album you ever bought?

Hannah Montana The Movie soundtrack, I think!

Where did you grow up?

I’m a Nottingham girl.

What do you do in your spare time?

Walk the dog – down at the sea – Lyme Regis in the winter is my favourite!

What’s your dream holiday?

Somewhere warm, just sitting – the Caribbean looks like it has a lovely, slow pace of life, so that would be perfect!

What’s your favourite thing about living in Devon?

The countryside is so pretty, and compared to city living I really enjoy the slower pace of life.
