Based from our office in Newport, we are looking for an ambitious hands on Recruitment and Retention Lead with relevant experience who can create and deliver a pro-active recruitment strategy, positioning Home Instead Senior Care as the employer of choice in the home care sector. You will need to develop new ideas and initiatives to find and recruit talented new CAREGivers and ensure they feel part of our culture and family from the beginning. Some knowledge and/or experience of the care sector is preferred. Main Job Role: Develop and implement new recruitment strategies within the community to attract the very best candidates, including social media, advertising, networking within the local community, career fairs and events Schedule and conduct applicant interviews in an efficient and professional manner Monitor the effectiveness of the recruitment strategy, impact on retention rates and produce management reports as well as monitor competitor offerings. Line Manage the HR Administrator to ensure compliance with employment and health and safety legislation. You will have a real passion for seeking the right candidates as well as the desire to grow and develop as the business grows. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to adapt your style to deal with all sorts of people in a wide range of situations. You will be approachable, informal, calm and patient with an open minded success driven attitude. This role will be responsible for ensuring achievement of revenue objectives for the assigned territory.  Revenue is to be generated from a variety of sales, educational and marketing duties, including researching, pursuing new referral sources, together with enhancing and maintaining relationships with existing referral sources. As the Business Development Lead you will present your activity and outcomes to the Senior Leadership Team on a weekly basis, reporting successes and opportunities, as well as demonstrating progress and enquiries in sales, marketing and networking areas. Previous experience in Business Development is essential, as well as being a driver with own transportation.
