We recognise that choosing a Home Care service for yourself, friend or family member can be a difficult task so we have put in place a quality management process that will give you the confidence that we are able to deliver the quality service that you require.
We strive to ensure that we are achieving the highest standards in Quality Care and have a range of methods of regularly receiving feedback . Also we are acutely aware that the key to providing quality care is ensuring that our CAREGivers are happy, engaged and feel supported.
Every year we run our annual confidential Client and Caregiver Opinion Survey called PEAQ, which is independently run by Smith and Henderson. This survey goes out to all of our Clients and CAREGivers and seeks to gain their opinion on various elements of the service that we provide. The survey provides us with some key indicators on areas that we can improve and helps us focus of achieving the high standards that led to us receiving a CQC outstanding rating in 2017.
The main finding of the survey are highlighted below and we were delighted to find that 100% of our clients would recommend Home Instead and that 97% of our caregivers are proud to work for us.

During December Mum became increasingly ill and frail. On several occasions, the carer came in for her contracted hour, and stayed much longer, even accompanying Mum to hospital. Throughout the whole time the carers were incredibly sensitive, caring and really focused on the person. I was kept regularly informed of Mum's condition, especially when a hospital visit was involved. All credit to the management for assembling such a strong and capable team, and to the team for their readiness to go beyond the call of duty.G A
