Home Instead Senior Care is a family run business, established in 2010. We need passionate Key Players and Caregivers to believe in this mission, so we are able to continue to provide outstanding care to our clients and make a difference to their lives.
We are currently seeking a passionate and driven Recruitment Lead to help grow the business, through consistent recruitment of Caregivers. The Recruitment Lead is responsible for the full recruitment process, including attraction, interviewing and overseeing the HR process as line manager to the Recruitment and Engagement Support Officer.
You will need to have a proven track record in recruitment and it is desirable to have experience recruiting within the care sector, although this is not essential.
The role is based at our office in Newport, Shropshire and having access to your own vehicle is essential as there will be the need to attend events and meet with applicants off site. It is a full time position, 35 hours per week, mainly Monday to Friday 9am-5pm but flexibility is required to meet the needs of the applicants and business.
