Client Care Supervisor

We are looking to employ a Client Care Supervisor to ensure effective management for all clients focusing on quality and supporting the delivery of care to a high standard.
You will need to have a flexible approach to ensure CAREGivers are providing the highest standards of care and at the same time be able to build and maintain trusting relationships with our clients through quality assurance visits and communication over the phone.
You will have experience in the sector and a Level 3 NVQ in Care is desirable. This is a field based role, so access to your own transport is essential.
The role is full time. Currently offering 35 hours per week. Flexibility is required to work hours between 7am till 10pm, over a 7 day period, to ensure all client needs are met.
