We have an Area Supervisor role available to start early in 2022.
Working out in the field you will be vital support to CAREGivers and clients within your designated area. We want someone who is passionate for working as one team to provide the best service and support out there.
To be considered for the role you will be able to provide examples of mentoring staff via supervisions etc., building positive relationships with existing clients & other professional bodies as well as the ability to maintain accurate records.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and includes a rolling rota out of hours in a team of 6.
You will need to have a minimum of 1 years care experience to apply as well as being a driver as you will be primarily based in the community. Holding your Level 3 Diploma in Health and social care will also be advantageous.
