Introducing Sam, Our new Care Coordinator
As of the 19th August Samantha 'Sam' Bayley has joined our team as a 2nd Coordinator, working alongside Charmaine dealing with all things schedules. Here's a little bit about Sam to get to know her a little better:
'I started my career in care back in 2013 as a carer for a local company in Cannock and within 6 months I had completed my NVQ and advanced to a senior role. During my time as a senior I would support with the scheduling whilst the Coordinators were on leave to make sure no call went uncovered and by 2015 had taken over this role full time. I love the care sector and although it's up and downs I really can't imagine doing another role. I have recently moved to Newport with my dogs and am excited for a new challenge with Home Instead, working alongside Charmaine as part of the scheduling team'
