Introducing Leila, Our new Client Field Support Officer
A little bit about Leila
'Shortly after finishing college I started working in care as a Support worker/Healthcare assistant and over the years I have spent some time working in various care sectors including; hospitals, mental health, learning disability and dementia. Working in these different sectors has given me a wide and varied set of skills and knowledge that has helped me excel and move forwards in my approach to providing and understanding personalised care and companionship. My current qualifications include an NVQ Diploma level 3 in Health and social care, End of Life care and Dementia Care. After taking some time out of care for a little while I felt like I had lost my sense of purpose and really missed the rewards that working in care has to offer, but I wanted to find somewhere that matched the values I thought were important. After doing some research I found Home Instead and straight away I could see that their mission and Values were exactly what I was hoping to find. I am excited to now be part of the team and look forward to my future here.'
