Here are just some of the fantastic reviews we have had on our HomeCare.co.uk Page:

'Very satisfactory - your standards of caring and professionalism are very high. From the very first visit, your caregivers instilled confidence. They dealt with my 85-year-old wife's dementia with skill and sensitivity even when she was at her most difficult and aggressive. All the staff at the Newport office were invariably friendly and helpful. At the time of great difficulty for my wife and I, we were most grateful for Home Instead's ongoing support.'

'We have always been very pleased with both our carers and the standard of care provided. My son is always treated with dignity and compassion. We are very pleased with the service.

'You have provided my father with an excellent level of care and support through a very difficult period of time for myself and my family. Many thanks for providing a thoughtful and meaningful service.'

'Home Instead Senior Care were totally focused on providing the right care package for my father. An initial meeting with my dad and his immediate family ensured a care package that met his, and our, needs. Important aspects, such as continuity of carer(s) and keeping to required times were built into the care plan and adhered to. As my fathers care needs changed, the plan was immediately adapted to meet those change requirements. All staff, from managers through to the care providers, are extremely professional and friendly. They all became like friends to all of us. Even extreme weather conditions didn't deter the carers from meeting and delivering the service.'

'Home Instead provide an excellent standard of on-going care for my parents. I have peace of mind knowing that in my absence, my parents are in safe hands. The caregiver has become more of a family friend, providing assistance with housework, shopping and companionship and is always punctual and ready to assist with requests for help with cooking when required. They have provided my parents with necessary support and given me some independence back.'

'I always find my carers most helpful and willing to do many little jobs to make life easier. The regular carers are real friends and I enjoy their visits. When I need to phone the office, they are always most helpful.'

'I was introduced to Home Instead via a recommendation from a family member. I have been impressed by the efficiency and attention to detail of the company. They have been very good in maintaining channels of communication and keeping me informed of any matters arising, providing remedies for a positive way forward. They have tried hard to match up a Carer to my mother's needs and have been very flexible in making changes when required.'
