Samantha Stevens - Care Manager
Samantha is a single mother and very family orientated. She has one Son whom she is extremely proud of, and enjoys spending time with him and her parents.
Samantha is extremely passionate about caring for older people thereby enabling them to remain in their own homes for as long as possible. Samantha started out as a Carer and trained in all aspects of domiciliary care, including all mandatory training plus Moving and Handling, Medication, Mental Capacity, Basic Life Support, Dementia Awareness, and Parkinsons Awareness.
Due to her knowledge and understanding of the Care sector, together with her organisational skills, Samantha was very quickly invited to join the office team of her employer at the time as a Care Co-ordinator and underwent their Homecare Co-ordinator training.
As there were no opportunities for progression, Samantha applied for the Care Manager role at Home Instead Senior Care’s Crowborough and High Weald office and has successfully completed the extensive Care Manager training at the company’s National Office in Warrington.
In her spare time, Samantha enjoys being outdoors; in the woods, at the park and on the beach. She also enjoys reading and travelling.
Thank you for the care and support you gave Mum in the weeks you visited. She has now been fast tracked to an NHS funded nursing home. I would not hesitate in recommending your services to others. Thank you again.Mr H (Client's Son)
