From our office in Abergele, Home Instead Senior Care for Conwy and Denbighshire provides quality home care and support throughout the two North Wales counties including Llandudno, Colwyn Bay, Kinmel Bay, Rhyl, Prestatyn, Denbigh, Ruthin and the surrounding areas. 

 

In 2005, the UK Home Instead network was founded and now has over 190 offices around the country, which employ over 10,000 CAREGivers. 

Each office is individually owned. Whilst benefiting from a national level of knowledge and quality assurance, each office has the drive, passion and attention to detail of a locally owned business. 

Home Instead Senior Care focuses on assisting older people to remain living independently for as long as possible, in the comfort of their own home. You are in control. Your CAREGiver can help with a variety of tasks of your choosing;

house-keeping, companionship, personal care and assisting with errands. 

YOU choose what time and day suits you, not just one that suits us.

Benefit from regular CAREGivers that are personally matched to you based on your background, interests, hobbies and culture. We always try to provide continuity by keeping the same designated team visiting each time. We want to build a relationship with you and not just simply complete tasks. This relationship can't develop with 15-minute calls and someone different knocking on the door every time.

 

As a Family Member –

You can feel content that your loved one is in safe hands.

We provide prompt and reliable CAREGivers, trained above basic industry requirements and all have the empathy required to care for your loved one, just as a family member would.

All our CAREGivers are required to pass an Enhanced DBS check and 6 references before they can start work with us.

For added peace of mind, our clock-in system, which is monitored frequently throughout the day, ensures all visits have taken place at the time that your loved one has chosen.  

As a CAREGiver –

You are treated as an individual. We match you to clients which are local to you. These will be the clients who you will regularly visit, allowing for a professional relationship to form.

No 15-minute calls! Our business is built on relationships, so you will have time to establish these without worrying about your next call.

Your passion will be matched with first class training and ongoing support, as well as opportunities to complete nationally recognised qualifications, delivered by an external organisation.

Work-life balance is important, which is why we offer flexible working patterns and give you plenty of notice of your working hours, not hand you a schedule for the day in the morning.
