  • Care Coordinator £18-22k (full time)

    This is an opportunity to join a service rated ‘outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), coordinating the very best quality care services in Chichester, Bognor Regis, The Witterings & Selsey.

    Care is different with Home Instead Senior Care: we match our CAREGivers with Clients based on shared interests and we don’t believe in short visits. We also aim to never exceed a ratio of 1.5 Clients to each CAREGiver. Care isn’t rushed here.

    The Care Coordinator plays a pivotal role in our busy Chichester office, reporting directly to the Registered Care Manager.

    As a natural problem solver, you will use your initiative and experience to plan continuity in our schedules, selecting appropriate staff to work with our varied and growing Client population.

    Systems and processes will be part of your DNA, and you’ll take a seriously organized approach to your work.

    But you’ll also need a great sense of humour and fun to fit in to a broad minded team of social care professionals who are passionate about providing a truly caring service in our local communities.

    Required Experience & Skills

    - Ideally 3 years’ experience in the care sector

    - At least 1 years’ experience in a scheduling / coordination role

    - Good knowledge and comfort level with IT systems

    - A positive problem solver with a ‘can do’ attitude
