About Home Instead Chester
Hello and welcome to Home Instead Senior Care, Chester.
Chris and Sue Broadbent purchased the Chester office of Home Instead Senior Care in 2007. The office was originally set up in 2006 and this was the UK's first Home Instead office and we are really proud that where we led, others have followed.
The Chester office is part of an international network of over 975 home care offices, with well over 130 now in the UK.
We are so proud of the home care work we do here in Chester and in surrounding areas such as Ellesmere Port and villages such as Farndon, Chester, Rossett, Upton, Saughall, Blacon and Christleton to name but a few (for full list see Areas Serviced).
It gives Chris and Sue great pleasure to be delivering such an important home care service in the Chester and Ellesmere Port areas. We employ a great team here at the office and have an amazing group of over 90 CAREGivers based throughout Chester and Ellesmere Port who are making a real difference to people's lives, supporting over 150 clients in their own homes and delivering personalised care to them all. Our aim is to provide the best quality care in order to support our clients wishes to remain independent in their own homes. These wishes support our own passion about people remaining independent at home for as long as possible.
Chris, who has 30 years in corporate sales under his belt, looks after the networking and marketing side of the business. Sue, who has worked in health care as a qualified nurse, runs the office and looks after the CAREGivers .They both enjoy keeping in touch with the clients and make regular care visits.
They love working together and are a good team with complementary skills. When they aren't at work they enjoy holidaying with their family, walking and gardening, as well as watching rugby and cricket!
If there is anything we can do for you or your family, or for more information on home care in Chester, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
We have used Home Instead since September 2016 to enable my husband, who has Alzheimer's, to go to the gym twice a week.Mrs P
His carer is great, he provides my husband with companionship whilst ensuring he is kept safe and happy and I feel confident leaving my husband in his care.
I have found the company reliable, with any queries being dealt with quickly and professionally.
There are frequent regular reviews at which changes are noted and on-going needs discussed.
The staff members are friendly and accommodating and I would recommend the company without hesitation.
