A career with a care company that’s different
Home Instead is looking for carers to work between 20 and 30 hours a week visiting the same clients at the same time on the same day.
Only 25% of our clients require regulated services and all our clients are privately funded.
Our wonderful team of Caregivers provide companionship and support to the elderly in their local area for a minimum of 1 hour per visit with each client.
We support our clients to remain in their own homes for as long as possible, this could include visiting them to provide companionship, light housework and personal care.
We also offer QCF's in social care and City and Guilds Dementia courses which we fully fund.
No experience is needed as full FREE training is given and lots of ongoing support.
Benefits include mileage contribution, holiday pay, contributory pension, 24 hour confidential employee helpline, employee benefit scheme. Overtime is paid for any additional hours above those agreed.
You must be over 18 and have your own transport.
