We will provide you with all of the skills and training you need, so you can deliver the very best care. In addition, we will support you by:
- Matching you with local clients, so you can provide individualised support that enabled our clients to live independently at home, for longer.
- Giving you the time needed to care, with minimum 2-hour visits, you can get to know your clients and provide quality care, without the rushed.
- Providing you with excellent rates of pay with a range employee benefits so you will feel valued in your new role.
- Facilitating ongoing development, so you can build on your skills and deliver the very best care for our clients, whilst providing the opportunity to progress.

Pay
We pay a locally competitive rate of £13.15 per hour to £13.65 per hour.
