Job Description – CAREGiver

You will provide your clients with companionship, home help and assistance with their daily routine.

We introduce you to clients that live in your local area at the times that you are available. These clients will remain your clients throughout which will enable you to build a long and trusting relationship

We often take our clients out to go shopping or various other appointments so it is a requirement for that reason to have a driving licence and your own vehicle.

No experience is necessary.

Providing you are aged 18+,  caring and reliable and live within South Bucks then you could be the perfect CAREGiver to make a difference to our clients’ lives.

We offer free training including working towards the Care Certificate.

There is an opportunity to gain a Level 2 qualification in Adult Health and Social Care.

Guaranteed hours for the right candidate.

Competitive rates of pay (£10.00ph - £12.00ph, double pay on bank holidays).

Travel allowance (30p - 45p per mile).

Holiday pay (accrue 1 hours paid holiday for every 8.28 hours worked).

Working hours based on your availability.

Minimum 1 hour visits (no 15 minute or half hour calls).

Minimum £50 refer a friend.

Visiting the same Clients for continuity of care.

In–house Learning and Development programme.

Fully supported on-going training also working to achieve the Care Certificate.
