We are proud to be part of the community of North Bristol, and since opening in 2015 have supported over 800 clients. Our consistent, relationship-focused approach gives clients and their care team meaningful time together.

Working from our offices in Westbury-on-Trym and Downend, we offer support in Bishopston, Bromley Heath, Filton, Frenchay, Henleaze, Mangotsfield, Redland, Stoke Bishop, Stoke Gifford, Winterbourne and surrounding areas.

  • Andrew works in the background, being an advocate for clients, client family members and our Care Professionals. Andrew’s Dad is 94 and his Mum at 85, he knows what he’d want for them!

  • Hi, I'm Rebecca and I'm the Care Manager at the Downend office. I began my career in the care sector 15 years ago, working in the domiciliary and specialist care fields. I joined Home Instead in 2018 as a Care Professional and have enjoyed every part since.

  • Hi, I’m Helen. I’ve worked in the care industry since I was 18 in various sectors. I am a fully trained Soul Midwife, working with people and their families during their end of life journey. I am passionate about the care we deliver and the values Home Instead hold.

  • I joined Home Instead in 2017, having worked in Design and Public Relations for 25 years. My role focuses on recruiting our wonderful team of Care Professionals who are committed to delivering outstanding care. It's an absolute pleasure to know them all.

  • I joined Home Instead in 2019 as a Care Professional and then joined the office team in 2022. I support both the care coordinators with scheduling and the finance team with payroll. Outside of the office I'm kept busy looking after my gorgeous and energetic young son.
