I am responsible for all training provided by our company. I also undertake the first supervisions of our new Care Professional’s and ensure that their journey with us is smooth and supportive, guiding them through the Care certificate. I also keep our training programme.

I am responsible for the wellbeing of our Care Professionals, including conducting supervisions and support visits. I also have various general administration tasks including payroll and assisting with client invoicing and recruitment.
Laura Wickham
Care Professional Supervisor
My main responsibility is to have regular meetings with our clients and family members to review their service and update their Care Plans. This ensures they continue to experience person centred care with their changing needs from our wonderful Care Professionals.
Max Brown
Client Services & Quality Assurance Supervisor
I am responsible for coordinating new clients and new Care Professional schedules. Within my role I am also responsible for Care Professional’s holidays and their availability. Ultimately ensuring that all clients and Care Professionals are happy.

Care Coordinator & Live in Care Supervisor
I am responsible for scheduling services and making sure all services are covered by our Care Professionals. My other responsibilities are checking our business email address throughout the day.

My journey as Weekend On Call Co-Ordinator at Home Instead is relatively new, but from the outset I was made to feel very welcome and part of the team. I am on hand to offer help and support to our clients, families and my Care Professional colleagues.

The professional management of on-call weekend cover. This entails liaising with Care Professionals, clients and family members, and with occasional interaction with external agencies or emergency services.

I am responsible for recruiting Care Professionals and supporting them during the early stages of their journey. I was initially a Care Professional and so feel I can show empathy with our new recruits having been through the process myself.
