I just wanted to now take the time to give you some positive feedback regarding my Mum’s new (since Dec 2014) home care provider Home Instead. Michelle Thompson and her team in Blackpool have been outstanding since we first made contact with them and had our initial meeting to today when Michelle supported us in a meeting with Social Services and the Local Mental Health Team.  

 

They have delivered on everything they promised in such a way that my mum now sees them as “family” and not like strangers which was something she experienced with the previous care company. Michelle and her team have my Mum’s interests at the forefront of everything they do and I’m sure that this will be the same with all their clients.  

 

As I said I just wanted to take the time to give this feedback and if you would like any further information or detail please let me know. (the feedback portal on the website wasn’t working hence the email)
