  • Bob made a career change in 2015 and set up the Basingstoke office of Home Instead to make a positive difference for the local community.
    His vision is a home care service which clients really love, from care professionals who really love providing it.

  • Mary is a qualified mental nurse and has spent her career in nursing and home care.
    She is passionate about delivering the best possible service to each individual so as to enable our clients to retain their independence and continue to enjoy rewarding lives at home.

  • Jess previously worked in child care, but is now the life and soul of our office.
    She works with Aston to liaise with new clients, understand their needs, set up their care plans and ensure that their visits are working out well. Jess loves hearing clients’ stories.

  • Kelly’s background is in sheltered housing and then home care.
    She has bravely taken on the scheduling role, and uses her understanding nature to liaise with our clients and Care Pro's alike to ensure that everyone gets the visits that they want when they want them.

  • Lori made a career change into care in 2018 and has not looked back since.
    After various care and care management roles, she joined us as our recruiter and live-in care supervisor, and is at the forefront of taking on the wonderful people that care for our clients.

  • Denise’s early career was with the NHS, on elderly care and orthopaedic wards. She then used her experience to train others to achieve NVQs in Care.
    With Liz, Denise trains and supports our Care Professionals, providing the caring individuals that we pride ourselves on.

  • Deanah worked in IT sales prior to joining us for a complete change in direction.
    She now works so closely with Janet to run our Let’s Move exercise sessions and other community engagement events that some people can’t tell the dynamic duo apart!

  • Janet worked in the commercial world prior to setting up her own business providing mobility exercise for the elderly.
    She has now brought her outgoing personality and mobility expertise to us, and with Deanah runs our Let’s Move sessions and other community events

  • Liz has 25 years experience in the care sector.
    She brings that experience to bear in the selection, training and mentoring of our Care Professionals, working closely with Lori and Denise to take on and support the caring individuals that our service prides itself on.

  • Theresa has worked in the care industry for over 20 years, with both elderly clients and people with learning difficulties.
    As well as managing operations at the weekends, Theresa monitors quality and coordinates the provision of personalised care to meet client requirements

  • Aston works with Jess to take on new clients, from care consultation through care planning to starting off the visits, ensuring that our clients get the care and support at home that they want and need to maintain their comfort and independence.
