We are searching for an exceptional CAREGiver for a senior CAREGiver role within Home Instead Senior Care Salford. We are looking for someone who is confident to enable them to introduce our Clients' to their matched CAREGiver(s) with professionalism and ease, carry our support visits, spot checks and quality assurance inspections.
The successful candidate will deliver part of our bespoke training, be prepared to actively seek out training courses to enhance their own role (CPD), attend operational meetings - take and produce minutes. In addition the candidate must also be an excellent role model for our team and an ambassador for Home Instead Senior Care Salford.
Our chosen senior CAREGiver will be emotionally intelligent, warm, caring and passionate about delivering top quality care. Empathetic, efficient and friendly whether in person or on the telephone. The successful candidate will be involved in the out of hours 'on call rota'.
We have clients who are waiting for overnight support.
