As a family, we established the Home Instead Senior Care office in Wigan because of our own personal experiences of care services in the area. The difficulties in sourcing credible and reliable homecare made us question why this was the case; this is what brought us to setting up a home care service that offers a real compassionate and dignified service to elderly people in the community.

We recommend a minimum call of 1 hour, as we believe that high quality, personalised home care cannot be provided in very short visits. Our Clients receive the same CAREGiver at each visit, this enables us to form a close relationship with our Clients and provide a person centred, tailor made home care service.
Our CAREGivers’ are chosen for their empathy and nurturing qualities. They encourage, stimulate and assist a family’s loved one in a variety of day to day activities to maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. All our CAREGivers are fully vetted (enhanced CRB checks and POVA checks) and continuously trained and developed to ensure that they only provide the highest quality of care and support to our Clients.
