The Truro office of Home Instead Senior Care was opened in January 2010. The business is run by Tim Roe, who previously had a successful career working for large multinational companies in and around South East England. Tim had wanted to run his own business for some time and as his wife’s family are Cornish, he was looking for a suitable business to set up in Cornwall. With Cornwall’s large proportion of older people, Home Instead offered Tim the perfect opportunity to bring their multi-award winning service to the county.

Our clients choose what services they want and when they want them. Our Caregivers visit our clients at the exact time specified by our clients, every time.
Continuity of Care
Our clients are matched with our Caregivers, they are introduced to them before any service is provided and they will have the same caregiver(s) visiting them each time, enabling them to get to know each other and ensuring that the Caregiver can feedback any changes or concerns.
Flexibility
Our clients can change their services to suit their needs, even at short notice.
Great Staff
Our Caregivers are caring and compassionate as well as being very well trained, CRB checked and insured.
Time
Our Caregivers visit for a minimum of 1 hour, enabling them to deliver both the practical and just as importantly, emotional support that our clients need and deserve.
